How does it work?
The literature says Garcinia Cambogia primarily works two ways: As an appetite suppressant and as a fat blocker. Let’s take these one at a time.
1. Curbing appetite. This is a huge benefit. Appetite is what I call one of the “Fantastic Four of Fatness”. These four are appetite, cravings, hunger, and metabolism. Appetite is your ability to eat large quantities of food. Many that are overweight have a delayed “shut off valve” in their brain because they have been ignored it for so long. Garcinia Cambogia creates that “I’m full and don’t want to eat another bite!” sensation so the amount you eat plummets.
2. Fat Blocker. “Garcinia Cambogia puts up a “Do Not Enter” sign on the door, or maybe more appropriately an “Access Denied” sign. The natural phytochemical is called hydroxycitric acid (HCA). This botanical is responsible for inhibiting the excess calories from being put into storage. Your storage may be on your hips, thighs, bottom, or love handles. Wherever it is, the excess calories that would normally be converted to fat, are blocked by HCA.

What’s the best way to maximize results?
Now that you know how it works, you’ll understand the recommendations. Take 500-1000mg 30 minutes before a meal. This will allow entry into your system for the food that will shortly follow. An important recommendation is 1-2 glasses of water along with it. This prepares the body by lowering appetite and blocking fat storage in those trouble spots of the body. It’s that simple.
