The program actually has 4 distinct phases to it. Most people concentrate on Phase 2. This is the phase in which you will be most active in getting closer to your health goals and has the most diet support to it. However, each phase is very important so be sure and follow each of the four phases as outlined.
Phase 1 is the Enjoyment Phase.
Some refer to this Phase as the “Loading” days. This phase you will begin taking Body Reset as instructed on the bottle and eating the foods you enjoy. These are your guilty pleasures. These are the foods that are loaded with calories and not much nutrients. This phase is to be done for the first two days. Many skip or don’t take this phase seriously. Don’t make this mistake. ENJOY! You probably won’t be eating them for a while, so enjoy them one last time for a couple of days. These are all the foods that are to be enjoyed once in a while. Now is the time for that “once in a while”.
Phase 2 is the Structured Phase.
Phase 2 is the phase that lasts anywhere from 15 to 45 days, depending on your goals. Continue taking Body Reset during Phase 2, just like you took in Phase 1, and as instructed on the bottle. This phase is the one that has the most structure to it. It is the phase where you will be eating foods that are nutritious, promote a healthy body, and help you reach your goals.
These foods are:
|Roast Beef||Beet Greens||Strawberries|
As you can see, these foods are very common and familiar. These foods are to be enjoyed throughout the day. The amount of these foods that you eat depends on many things: Your personal health goals, the time in which you would like to achieve these goals, age, and current health level, etc. (More specific information is under the “diet” tab.)
Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc., may be used for seasoning, but no oil, butter, or seasoning.
Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water (including sparkling mineral water) are the only drinks allowed. No sugar. Saccharin or Stevia (preferred) may be used. Only one tablespoon of skim milk may be used in 24 hours.
There is also a vegetarian alternative to the Structured Phase. This can be found under the “Vegetarians” tab.
Like always, we recommend that you check with your doctor before starting any diet program.
Phase 3 is the Stabilization Phase.
By entering this phase, you have met your goals or have completed a full 45 days. If you have not reached your goals, don’t worry. You are going to do another round to get closer to your goals. During Phase 3, do not taking Body Reset. Stop taking Body Reset at the end of Phase 2. Phase 3 lasts a total of six weeks. This phase involves expanding your choices to include additional proteins, vegetables, and fruits while at the same time maintaining the health you have achieved. What’s the purpose of getting healthy if you are not going to remain healthy? Be careful of sugars and starches, as these may not help you in stabilizing and maintaining your goals.
Phase 4 is the Lifestyle Phase.
You are not to take Body Reset for this phase either. This is the phase that is to be enjoyed for a lifetime. Enjoy your new healthy eating lifestyle. All things should be done in moderation. It is important that you keep your scales balanced because balance is referred to as the key to health. If your scales are balanced, it is a good indication that your health goals are being met.
*Note: Health enthusiasts sometimes ask What is Body Reset?
